Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the storage quota?
All video clips, snapshots, and thumbnails uploaded by your Lowpan cameras count toward your quota. Live view streams are not stored.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
What happens when I cancel?
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Clips are kept for 30 additional days, then permanently deleted.
Is there a free trial?
All plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email support@lowpan.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Who handles payments?
Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the legal seller and issues your invoice. All major cards and PayPal are accepted.
